How it Works
At Prepped Provision, we make accessing high-quality tutoring straightforward and transparent. Whether working with schools, councils, virtual schools, or directly with families, we follow a clear process to ensure that the support we provide is well-matched, purposeful, and impactful.
Our approach places the needs of the learner at the centre of every programme we deliver.

Our Referral and Delivery Process
We receive a referral from a school, local authority, virtual school, or family. An initial consultation allows us to fully understand the learner’s needs, goals, and any specific considerations (including SEND or safeguarding requirements).
Following consultation, we confirm:
- The scope of the tuition required (subject areas, frequency, format)
- Preferred delivery method (online, in-home, or education space)
- Specific learner needs and any risk assessments required
- Safeguarding and reporting protocols
- Budget agreement and confirmation of funding
We identify the most suitable tutor(s) based on the learner’s educational profile, SEN considerations, and subject requirements. All tutors are fully qualified, experienced, and DBS-checked. A personalised programme plan is then shared with the commissioner.
Tuition sessions commence in the agreed format:
- Online (secure video platform)
- Face-to-face in-home tutoring
- Face-to-face at one of our approved education spaces
The learner is supported with care and consistency, with a focus on engagement, achievement, and wellbeing.
Progress is reviewed regularly, with clear feedback shared with commissioning partners. Formal written reports are provided at agreed intervals, covering attendance, engagement, academic progress, and any relevant pastoral insights.
We remain flexible throughout the programme, adapting delivery if needed to maximise positive outcomes.
